The Present

and it goes....

He took long walks and reflected on his life.
"why isnt my life like the old man's?" he wondered....

the old man had a strong and lovin family,and many loyal friends
who often came to see him
he had a wonderful sense of humour and wisdom...
most of all,there's a calm about him that the young man had rarely encountered

The day grew dark and the young man hurried back to the cabin
once inside, he lit a fire to ward off the chill.
he noticed something he nvr seen before...

As he stared at the fire,he became aware of the cabin's great fire place
for the first time..
As the young man marveled at how extraordinarily well built the fire place was,
he thought abt how the mason must hv felt as he worked.

The young man could tell by lookin at the masonry that
he must hv concentrated on nothing else but the task at hand

What was it the old man had said?
"to find The Present,think of the times when you were happiest,and most successful."

The young man gazed at the inside of the cabin.He stared again into the fire
At that moment he wasnt thinkin abt the past.
and he wasnt anxiousabout what might happen in the future

He simply appreciated where he was, and what he was doin.
Then he smiled. He realized he felt good
He was simply enjoyin wad he was doin.
He enjoy being in the present moment...

In a rush, it hit him. Of Course!!
